Practice Citizenship is an independent study tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorised by the Home Office, the Australian Department of Home Affairs, Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada, or any other government body.

We cannot book your test, submit your application, check your eligibility, or influence your result in any way. We charge only for access to this study tool. Test fees and application fees are paid to the relevant government separately, and nothing you pay us goes toward them.

Our questions are original works written to test the facts published in each country’s official study guide — Life in the UK: A Guide for New Residents (3rd edition), Our Common Bond, Discover Canada. They are not the real exam questions, which are not published by anyone, and any site claiming to sell you the real ones is lying to you.

Every question in the bank has been checked by hand against the official guide. We still make mistakes. If you find one, tell us at support@practicecitizenship.com and we will fix it.

Practising here improves your chances. It does not guarantee anything. Exams change, official guides are reissued, and the real test is set by the government, not by us.

The Life in the UK Test costs £50 every time you sit it, and the equivalent fees elsewhere are higher. We are not liable for exam fees, application fees, travel, or any other cost arising from a result you did not want.

Pro is a single payment of $29.99. It is not a subscription, there is nothing to cancel, and it does not expire. It unlocks the timed mock exams, unlimited chapter drills, answer review and your study plan. Every question, answer and explanation stays free without it, and without an account.

Pro is for one person. It is licensed to you, not to a household or a class, and sharing an account is a breach of these terms.

If Pro is not what you expected, email support@practicecitizenship.com within 30 days and we will refund you in full. You do not need to give a reason and we will not ask you to justify it.

This is on top of, and does not reduce, whatever statutory cancellation rights you have where you live.

Read, practise and study as much as you like. Do not scrape the question bank, resell it, or republish it as your own — the questions are ours, we wrote them, and that is the one thing we ask.

We may suspend an account that is being used to share a purchase, to attack the site, or to bulk-extract content. We will tell you why.

We try to keep the site up and will not always succeed. Pro does not come with an uptime guarantee. If an outage lasts long enough to matter to your exam preparation, write to us and we will refund you.

If we change these terms in a way that affects what you have paid for, the version in force when you bought Pro continues to apply to you.

These terms are governed by the law of Lithuania.
