The reasoning
Why is the question bank free?
Because a paywalled question bank would be both worse for you and worse for us. People find this site by searching for practice tests, so the practice tests have to be genuinely open. And someone who has passed a mock at 22/24 does not need to buy anything.
What Pro sells is the part that is tedious to do yourself: noticing that you have failed three questions about devolution twice each, and putting exactly those in front of you again on Thursday.
